Public BBQ

A national park located approximately 20 kilometers north of Sydney CBD. It features beautiful waterways and picturesque landscapes, making it the perfect location for a family picnic or a day out with friends. The park has plenty of open spaces and natural shade, with ample room for BBQs and picnics. There is an entry fee per vehicle, which goes towards the park's maintenance and preservation. Davidson Park also offers great facilities such as public toilets, barbeque areas, walking tracks, and access to the water for kayaking. Visitors are advised to bring their own food and drinks as there is no cafe on-site. It's a great place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature while spending quality time with loved ones.

Generally No! The BBQs are first come, first serve. However, if you plan on having a larger event then please check with Ku-ring-gai council.

You should first check with Ku-ring-gai council about the rules and restrictions.

Generally, it is permissible to utilize your own gas BBQ, provided it remains under continuous supervision. However, the usage of Charcoal BBQ's is typically restricted, with the exception of parks equipped with designated charcoal disposal bins.
